It is the policy of this company to comply with Health & safety at work Act 2005 and the Construction Safety, Health & Welfare Regulations 2006 and to ensure so far as reasonable practicable the safety health and welfare of all employees whilst at work, and to provide such information, training and supervision, needed for this purpose and comply with S.I.44 of 1993.
The company undertakes the role of PSCS on all projects and our insurances are inclusive of this role. Messrs. David Rogers. Paul McQuaid and Martin O’Brien are all qualified in this role and all have the Managing Safety in Construction certification to undertake this role.
It is the policy of this company to protect, so far as is reasonable practicable, persons not employed by this company who may be affected by our activities.

It is the policy of this company to consult all staff and employees on matters of health and safety, all employees are hereby notified of the company policy and are encouraged to comply with their duties under the 2005 Act to notify the company management of identified hazards in the workplace.
The allocation of duties for safety matters and particular arrangements to implement the policy are set in the company safety statement.
The policy will be kept up to date particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it has operated will be reviewed as repaired.
This statement is distributed to all Contracts Managers, Agents, Site Managers and Designated Supervisors and shall be available at locations where this company carries on business
